1. About AutoZone.al

AutoZone.al (“AutoZone”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an online car rental comparison and affiliate platform focused on Albania and the wider Balkan region.​

Our role is to:

• Allow users (“you”, “your”) to search and compare car rental offers from multiple independent suppliers; and

• Where available, forward you to, or integrate with, third-party booking partners so you can complete a reservation.​

We do not own, operate, supply or manage rental vehicles and we do not act as a car rental company. All rental vehicles and rental contracts are provided by third-party suppliers and/or booking partners named in your confirmation and voucher.​

AutoZone.al does not charge you any additional fee for using our comparison platform; all rental charges are paid to the booking partner and/or supplier named in your confirmation and voucher.

AutoZone.al does not become a party to your rental agreement, even where the booking journey appears within our layout, via partner-branded pages or in an embedded environment.​

2. Platform scope and limitations

AutoZone.al is an information and referral platform only.​

Any rental contract, payment, deposit, insurance, additional service or fulfilment obligation exists solely between you and the supplier and/or booking partner identified on your confirmation and voucher.​

We do not provide transport or rental services in our own name and we are not a party to your rental contract.​

We do not process car‑rental payments on our own systems and we do not store your full payment card details used for bookings.​

All tools, guides and information on AutoZone.al are provided for general information and convenience only and may not reflect real‑time conditions, availability, pricing, legal requirements or road conditions.​

You must not treat anything on AutoZone.al as legal, insurance, financial or professional advice. For details on how your personal data is processed, please refer to our Privacy Policy.​

3. Booking process and partner relationships

When you use AutoZone.al to search and proceed with a booking:

• Your search parameters and basic details may be securely transferred to our affiliate, white‑label and/or booking partners (third‑party car rental comparison and booking providers we cooperate with from time to time).​

• The booking is usually completed on, or within, a partner‑controlled environment (including partner-branded, white‑label pages or embedded widgets). All applicable terms and conditions — including price, inclusions, deposit, insurance, cancellation rules, changes, local charges and dispute procedures — are governed by the partner’s and/or supplier’s contract.​

By using AutoZone.al, you consent to:

• The transfer of your data to the relevant partner as necessary to handle your enquiry or booking; and

• Receiving transactional and service communications from us, our affiliates or our partners relating to any search or booking you initiate.​

It is your responsibility to read and accept the partner and supplier terms and local legal requirements before finalising any booking. If there is any conflict between information displayed on AutoZone.al and the information on the partner’s booking page or in your voucher, the partner/supplier information prevails.​

4. Your commitments

By accessing or using AutoZone.al you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering binding contracts and that any drivers in your party meet age and licence requirements set by the supplier/partner.​

• All information you provide is accurate, complete and kept up to date (including names, age, driver’s licence details, payment data and contact information).​

• You will comply with all booking, pick‑up, payment, insurance and local legal requirements imposed by suppliers, partners and relevant authorities.​

• You will not use AutoZone.al for any illegal, abusive, misleading or harmful purpose, and you will not attempt to interfere with, damage or disrupt the platform or its security.​

• You are responsible for checking current driving laws, insurance rules and travel regulations for the countries you visit.​

5. Pricing, payments and changes to services

Prices shown on AutoZone.al are based on information provided by suppliers and/or booking partners and may change at any time, including between searches.​

The final total price, including applicable taxes, surcharges and mandatory fees, is always confirmed on the partner’s payment page immediately before you complete the booking, and that final information prevails over anything displayed on AutoZone.al.​

Deposit amounts, fuel policies, mileage limits, cross‑border rules and insurance options vary by supplier, vehicle category, location and local law, and you must review these on the final booking screen and in your voucher.​

All rental payments are processed on systems controlled by booking partners or suppliers, and AutoZone.al does not act as a payment service provider for your rental and does not store full payment card details used for bookings.​

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of AutoZone.al (including features or content) at any time without notice, and we may update these Terms periodically with the latest version always visible on this page.​

6. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Conditions for cancellations, changes and refunds are set exclusively by the relevant booking partner and/or supplier and are shown in your booking conditions and voucher.​

Some bookings may be fully refundable, partially refundable, subject to change fees or completely non‑refundable, depending on the supplier and rate type.​

Any cancellation, change or refund request must be made directly with the booking partner or supplier, using the contact details and instructions in your confirmation or voucher.​

AutoZone.al does not process or decide on refunds, change fees or compensation claims and cannot override decisions made by partners or suppliers.​

7. No guarantees and limitation of liability

7.1 No guarantees

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoZone.al is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any guarantees that:

• The site or any content will be error‑free, up‑to‑date or complete.

• Any particular vehicle, price, supplier, insurance option or service will be available.

• The site will be uninterrupted, secure or free from defects, viruses or other harmful components.​

You use AutoZone.al at your own risk and must independently verify any critical information (for example legal requirements, road conditions, insurance coverage and supplier rules), and while reasonable efforts are made to keep information accurate, this cannot be guaranteed.​

7.2 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoZone.al is not liable for:

• Inaccuracies, interruptions or changes in content, prices, availability, descriptions or policies originating from suppliers or booking partners.​

• The acts, omissions, quality standards, safety practices or contractual terms of any supplier, booking partner or driver.​

• Vehicle condition, over‑booking, no‑show situations, refusal of rental, delays, accidents, breakdowns, theft, damage, fines, penalties or traffic violations.​

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special loss, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill or data.​

AutoZone.al is not responsible where:

• You do not meet rental requirements (for example age, licence, payment card, deposit or documentation).

• You fail to comply with local laws, traffic regulations, insurance terms or supplier/partner rules.​

In any case, the total aggregate liability of AutoZone.al arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform will not exceed the lesser of €100 or the net commission (if any) actually received by AutoZone.al in connection with your specific booking.​

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability which cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.​

8. Third‑party content and external links

AutoZone.al may display or link to third‑party websites, booking engines, information providers and social media platforms.​

We do not control, endorse or accept responsibility for any third‑party site, its content, accuracy, policies, availability or security.​

Accessing any external site or service is at your own risk and subject to that third party’s terms and privacy policies, which you should review before using those sites.​

9. Intellectual property

All technology, software, text, graphics, images, design, logos, trade names and layout on AutoZone.al are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights.​

You must not, without our prior written consent:

• Copy, reproduce, scrape, mirror, publish or distribute content from AutoZone.al for commercial purposes.

• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from our systems.

• Use our name, logo or branding in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership beyond what actually exists.​

You may print or download content for your own personal, non‑commercial use only.​

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non‑contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with your use of AutoZone.al are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, together with any applicable provisions of European Union law.​

Unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring claims elsewhere, the courts of Tirana, Albania shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of AutoZone.al.​

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, and the “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows the latest version.​

If you continue to use AutoZone.al after changes are published, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.​
