Choose Park & Ride if…
Budget is the priority and you have enough time before departure to park, transfer your bags onto a shuttle and reach the terminal in good time.
Choose Meet & Greet if…
You are travelling with children, heavy luggage or mobility requirements, or you simply want to walk straight from car to check-in without a shuttle detour.
Choose On-site if…
Your trip is short, 1 to 3 days, or you have a very early departure and can't risk a shuttle wait. On-site parking costs more per day but saves travel time.
Parking questions, answered
Pre-booking airport parking is typically 30-60% cheaper than the on-the-day rate at the barrier. At busy European airports like Heathrow, CDG or Amsterdam Schiphol, last-minute on-site rates can be two to three times higher than the pre-book price for the same car park. Booking 2-3 weeks before departure usually gets the best available rate.
With Park and Ride, you drive to an off-site car park, leave your car, and take a shuttle bus to the terminal, typically a 5-15 minute journey. With Meet and Greet, a driver meets you at the terminal departures entrance, takes your car to a secure storage facility, and returns it to the same point when you land. Meet and Greet is faster and easier but costs more.
Not always. The cheapest daily rate might come with a 30-minute shuttle frequency, a 20-minute drive from the terminal, or a basic security setup. Compare the total cost including your time, if you have an early morning flight or are travelling with young children, a slightly more expensive option closer to the terminal is often the better value.
