These Terms apply only to your use of AutoZone.al. Any booking you make through a third-party booking partner or rental supplier is governed separately by that partner’s or supplier’s own terms, conditions and policies.

3. Our role

AutoZone.al is a car rental comparison and affiliate platform. We help users search and compare offers and then connect them with third-party booking partners and suppliers.

We do not own, supply, manage or operate rental vehicles. We are not a car rental company, broker, insurer or payment service provider.

Unless we clearly state otherwise, we do not charge you a separate fee for using the comparison features of AutoZone.al.

4. No rental contract with AutoZone.al

Any rental agreement is made between you and the relevant third-party booking partner and/or rental supplier shown in the booking flow, confirmation or voucher.

AutoZone.al does not become a party to your rental contract, even where booking tools appear inside our site layout, in an embedded widget, or in a white-label or partner-controlled environment.

That means the relevant partner and/or supplier is responsible for matters such as:

• vehicle availability;
• booking acceptance or refusal;
• pricing and charges;
• deposits and payment collection;
• insurance options and exclusions;
• pick-up rules and documentation requirements;
• changes, cancellations and refunds;
• vehicle quality, condition and roadworthiness; and
• the actual rental service itself.

5. Search results, prices and booking information

We aim to present useful and accurate comparison information, but search results, prices, policies, availability and supplier conditions may change at any time.

Information shown on AutoZone.al may come from third-party partners or suppliers and may not always reflect real-time updates.

The final information shown by the booking partner or supplier at the point of booking, and in your confirmation or voucher, is the information that applies to your reservation.

You should check all important details before confirming a booking, including:

• total price;
• what is included and excluded;
• deposit requirements;
• fuel policy;
• mileage limits;
• driver age rules;
• required documents;
• cross-border rules; and
• cancellation and amendment conditions.

6. Bookings, payments and partner terms

When you continue from AutoZone.al to a booking partner or supplier, your search details and related booking information may be passed to that partner so the booking process can continue.

All rental payments are processed on systems controlled by the relevant booking partner and/or supplier, not on AutoZone.al’s own booking systems.

You are responsible for reading and accepting the partner’s and supplier’s terms before completing any booking.

If there is any difference between information shown on AutoZone.al and the information shown by the booking partner or supplier during checkout or in the voucher, the partner or supplier information will apply to the booking.

7. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Cancellations, changes, refunds, no-show rules and any related charges are set by the relevant booking partner and/or rental supplier.

AutoZone.al does not decide refund outcomes and does not override cancellation or amendment rules set by the booking partner or supplier.

If you need to cancel or change a booking, you should follow the instructions in your confirmation or voucher and contact the relevant booking partner or supplier directly, unless we clearly state that a support request can be routed through us.

8. Your responsibilities

By using AutoZone.al, you confirm that:

• you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements;
• all information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date;
• you will review and comply with the booking partner’s and supplier’s requirements;
• you will make sure any driver meets the relevant age, licence, payment and identification requirements;
• you will comply with applicable driving laws, border rules, insurance requirements and local regulations; and
• you will not use the site for unlawful, abusive, misleading or harmful purposes.

9. Website availability and content

We may update, improve, suspend or remove parts of AutoZone.al from time to time.

We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free or compatible with every device, browser or region.

• there were events outside our reasonable control.

If we are liable to you in connection with your use of AutoZone.al, we will only be responsible for losses that were a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence.

We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
